Emma Wilkinson

Lawyer

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts and Laws at University of Tasmania. Graduate Certificate of Legal Practice in Tasmania. Emma was admitted to 'Supreme Court' of Tasmania in 2004 and practised for a year in Hobart, Tasmania in general law. Emma was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2005.

Memberships: Former member of the Young Lawyers Association in Tasmania, Former member of Tasmanian Law Society, and Current member of the South Australian Law Society.

Emma joined Johnston Withers in September 2005, practising in our Port Augusta office before moving to our Adelaide office, in May 2008. She specialises in general law including criminal law, family and de facto law, wills and estates.

Emma enjoys swimming, basketball and volleyball.
