Jason Bell
Director
Jason Bell joined Johnston Withers in November 2005 after a career of over 20 years as a Partner in a law firm in country South Australia.
Jason is a member of our litigation and commercial teams.
Jason leads our Family Law team and specialises in advising clients about the division of property under the Family Law Act and the Domestic Partners Property Act. Jason has extensive experience in advising clients about the division of property involving farming businesses and farming property.
Jason's diverse experience also enables him to play a significant role in our commercial team where he advises in relation to Estate and Succession Planning, again with an emphasis on farming and business clients.
Jason also provides advice in relation to Estate Administration and commercial and private property transactions including land and business sales, leases, mortgages and other securities and conveyancing.
Outside of the law Jason has a keen interest in triathlon, and dreams of one day completing an Ironman.
