Gemma Wallace has been a registered conveyancing practitioner in South Australia since 2003.

Beginning her career with Nicholls Gervasi Lawyers and Johnston Withers Lawyers, Gemma went on to open her own successful practice in 2009.

Gemma extended her practice into the Property Law Industry in her more recent roles as South Australian Business Development Manager for Stewart Title and as a Consultant on projects for organisations within the sector including ID Secure, Australian Institute of Conveyancers and TAFE SA.

In 2016 Gemma became a recognised PEXA workspace trainer leading the state with her practical knowledge of the e-conveyancing platform and technical ability to deliver the PEXA training in South Australia.

Due to her vast industry experience and knowledge Gemma is sought after to facilitate large scale local government easement projects, commercial and residential community title projects and more obscure applications under the Real Property Act.

Johnston Withers welcomed Gemma back to the team in 2016 where she now oversees the conveyancing practice and is a senior member of the commercial team.

Gemma lives in the Adelaide Hills with her husband and five boys. When she has a spare moment volunteering within the Adelaide Hills art scene, travelling, food and wine appreciation are high on her agenda.
