Tim is a long-time member of Johnston Withers, commencing work as a law clerk in 2012 and then continuing on as a solicitor after his admission in 2014.
Tim is a member of the commercial law team, assisting clients with a broad range of transactional and commercial litigation matters. Tim has a particular interest in Intellectual Property, Building and Construction and Corporate Insolvency law and regularly appears in both the State and Federal Courts.
Tim, like many of Johnston Withers staff hails from the country, growing up and spending his school years on a small farm at Yahl near Mount Gambier.
Tim prides himself on his proactive approach to resolving disputes and he consistently strives to achieve practical and cost-effective outcomes for his clients.
Outside of work Tim has a strong passion for all types of sport, particularly football and basketball. Tim is also a regular volunteer at the Roma Mitchell Community Legal Centre providing free legal advisory services to the community.
