Nic Kernahan
Director
Nic Kernahan joined the firm in 1993 and has been a Director of the firm since 2005.
Nic specialises in General Litigation, State and Coronial Inquiries, Criminal Law, Workers Compensation, Matrimonial and Estates. Nic acted as solicitor assisting the state Coroner in the 2002/03 inquiry into the Whyalla airline crash and in 2007 assisted Commisioner Mullighan in the state commission of inquiry into children in state care.
His qualifications include Bachelor of Arts majoring in Australian Politics and History, and Bachelor of Laws.
Nic continues to develop the firms commitment to our regional offices in Whyalla, Pt Augusta and Roxby Downs by maintaining practise in these areas and visiting regularly.
Nic is a member of the Law Society and has a special interest in the work of the State Commission of Inquiry and Coronial Inquiries. He has an interest in most sports and enjoys reading and music.
