Port Augusta Johnston Withers has conducted a Regional Office at Port Augusta in South Australia’s mid-north since 1985. Originally staffed by Clive Kitchin who was in 2003 appointed as Special Magistrate, the office is now serviced by Tim Weiss an experienced legal practitioner with the support of a well qualified conveyancing para legal and other administrative staff members. The firm provides services in all general people law areas including Family, Criminal, Personal Injury, Property and Conveyancing, Business Advising and such like. The office has the benefit of being able to obtain expert current information from Adelaide Head Office and is able to offer to its clients the benefits that flow from a larger organisation through the quality and breadth of service that it provides. Clare Valley Johnston Withers have been providing services to the Clare Valley since the mid-1990s. Its office is now serviced on a part-time basis by local resident Katherine Vincent. Katherine shifted to the Clare Valley with her doctor husband and her young children and has become an enthusiastic and appreciative member of the Clare Valley community. Olives and grapes are grown on their Clare Valley property for the production of olive oil and wine. Katherine is a director on the Wakefield Regional Health Board. Providing a broad range of services in people-related areas such as Family, Criminal, Injury, Civil Litigation, Business and Commercial support and Conveyancing, the Clare office similarly has the benefit of support and experienced advice over a broad range of legal areas from Adelaide Head Office.
